General Provisions

1.1 PSO Management, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider," manages a comprehensive trademark database.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) outline the terms for using the prepaid services provided by the Service Provider and define the rights and responsibilities of both the Service Provider and customers who engage in these services. The Service Provider's T&Cs apply exclusively and override any terms from the Customer.

1.3 The "Customer" is defined as any individual or legal entity that pays for access to the Service Provider’s prepaid services.

1.4 The database is a system of information that compiles details from national, EU, and international trademark registers and is accessible to customers after the service fee is paid.

1.5 The prepaid service allows access to the database's content for a fixed term as specified in the service agreement.

1.6 The service fee refers to the payment required from the Customer for the prepaid service.

1.7 These T&Cs become effective upon the formation of a contract between the Service Provider and the Customer.

1.8 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the T&Cs unilaterally, provided prior notice is given to the Customer.

Customer's Right to Withdraw

2.1 The service agreement is activated upon the payment of the service fee by the Customer.

2.2 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the service within seven days of contract conclusion without providing a reason.

Payment Terms

3.1 The Service Provider will deliver the service upon receipt of the payment in line with the current service offer

3.2 Payment is made via bank transfer to the designated account, with the payment considered complete once funds are credited.

Liability and Miscellaneous Terms

4.1 The Service Provider compiles information from various official registers on an "as is" basis and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of this data.

4.2 The Service Provider disclaims liability for direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination of the Service

5.1 The service contract automatically ends after the defined term without the option for ordinary termination.

5.2 Either party may terminate the contract immediately if the other party breaches the agreement. The terminating party must give reasonable notice to allow for correction, if possible.

Refund Policy

6.1 PSO Management strives to provide excellent service. If a Customer is dissatisfied, a refund request can be submitted within 60 days of payment. The request should be sent to info@pso-register.com and must include order details and the reason for dissatisfaction.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These T&Cs and related agreements are governed by U.S. law.

7.2 Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations. If these fail, disputes may be brought before a U.S. court with appropriate jurisdiction.

Data Protection

8.1 The Service Provider’s data privacy policy is accessible via the website under "Privacy Policy."

Brand Article Drafting Service

9.1 Upon payment, the Service Provider will draft an article showcasing the Customer's brand achievements.

9.2 This service aims to enhance the Customer’s visibility and reputation.

9.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the article for clarity and quality.

9.4 The Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
